Amigurumi Pattern: Crochet Cactus Bundle

One of my passions, besides crochet and amigurumi is gardening, and in that world I love orchids, succulents and cacti! My orchid collection, while very loved, is small, but my succulent and cacti collection reaches almost 200 specimens!!! So I really had no choice in the matter… this pattern had to be made! =D

6 crochet amigurumi cacti on top of a white table

These cacti are inspired in the Organ Pipe cactus (Pachycereus marginatus), the Pincushion cactus (Mammillaria), the Star cactus (Astrophytum asterias), the Prickly Pear cactus (Opuntia ficus-indica), the Spider cactus (Gymnocalycium horstii), and the Peanut cactus (Echinopsis chamacereus).

They can be used as pincushions or as decoration! They add a fun detail to any part of your home! In your desk, in your kitchen’s window sill, on your favorite shelf or among your real plants! =D

These guys don’t need sunshine and don’t need to be watered, they’ll last forever! Perfect for those friends that keep loosing the plants you gift them! =)

The pattern includes instructions to crochet all the six cacti! It includes, as well, a tutorial on how to attach the cacti to a ceramic or plastic pot, giving the plant an even more realistic look! =)

This PDF pattern has 28 pages with detailed step by step instructions with pictures to demonstrate assembly or any special techniques.

And if six amigurumi cacti aren’t enough you can crochet five more with another cute cacti bundle!
