I’ve always loved journaling and organizing my ideas on paper, so I thought why not bring that love into the crochet world?

This free pattern includes two versions: a closed notebook and one that opens up so you can add your own message or design inside. How fun is that?

  • The closed notebook measures about 10cm x 6.5cm
  • The open notebook measures about 13.5cm x 9.5cm when unfolded

Designed for intermediate crocheters, both are worked mostly in rows and finished by assembling all the little parts together. Each notebook features a built-in bookmark, and the open version invites you to customize it with a message either embroidered or made with felt.

  • 19-page PDF pattern
  • Written in US crochet terms

These little notebooks may be small, but they pack in a lot of charm and detail, the perfect gift for your book and journal addicted friends!

I’ve always been inspired by the quiet charm of notebooks, those little blank pages waiting to be filled with ideas, doodles, or dreams. That inspiration led me to create these mini crochet versions. I especially loved the idea of letting people add their own special notes inside the open notebook!
